Please contact Jessica@RoleplayRisque.com with photos of damaged/defective items OR for other return reasons within 3 days of delivery to begin the refund process.

Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of return to process your refund.

Due to the intimacy of our products, please understand:

Items MUST be returned in original packaging and free from any signs of wear; soiled, makeup, deodorant, etc.

We cannot guarantee returns for bodysuits,  undergarments, or certain adult toys.

Upon return receipt, our claims department will inspect the items to determine return eligibility; that items are in new condition and free of any signs of wear/use.

 

Delivery Claims:

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; please contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete

Roleplay Risque does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We cannot issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered
